To support PMs and participate actively in our client’s project success Madiba Inc provides them a structured set of processes to liaison with other consulting leaders to deliver the projects. :
- PM, a Project Manager usually is the overall accountable consultant associated with the project for its on-time, within budget, scope and high quality of standards implementation. PM is always a consultant who have had several(at least 10) years of consulting(technical or functional) experience with medium to large(complexity) projects. In a most ideal scenario a PM will be a certified consultant and project management certified.
- DMB, Delivery Management Board is responsible for overall delivery methodology, templates, procedures & guidelines, approach, competency application, best practices, standards, governance and auditing of the projects.
- GCS, Global Consulting Services is responsible for overall execution and implementation services of the project with high quality consulting and development standards.
- EPL, Executive Partner leadership is responsible for providing executive sponsorship, steering committee participation, sales support, contracts & regional operations advisory.
- The Delivery and Governance audits are project reviews, health checks and quality KPI checks done by Madiba Inc at frequent defined intervals(usually Q Gates in case of S4 HANA Activate based projects). The audits may also lead to steering committee meetings and liaison with client/partner project resources.
- The invoicing and PMO team of Madiba Inc will be responsible for tracking project financials including the payment as per the milestones and/or the terms so as the projects executions are unhampered at all the time and funded appropriately.
