Delivery Approach

Madiba follows a closed DMC i.e. Deliver, Monitor and control approach. In this approach a project’s success is ensured with a finite set of processes, delivery principles, practices, standards and steps in place. Madiba’s project managers are trained and accustomed to follow standards of managing risks, issues, finances, scope, changes and resources of projects. PMs without fail follow the status reporting standards for all the projects. Additionally, as a process Madiba’s DMB(Delivery Management Board) and ELP supports project managers for quick and easy approvals to process changes and adjust to the ground situations in the project without disrupting the planned executions. 

GCS, Global Consulting Services

GCS, Global Consulting Services, spread across 4 international locations of Madiba is responsible for overall execution and implementation services of the project with high quality consulting and development standards. F group forms a team consisting of functionally or domain strength pool of consultants. T group forms a technology and software development strength team.

DMB, Delivery Management Board

DMB, Delivery Management Board is responsible for overall delivery methodology, templates, procedures & guidelines, approach, competency application, best practices, standards, governance and auditing of the projects.

EPL, Executive Partner leadership

EPL, Executive Partner leadership is responsible for providing executive sponsorship, steering committee participation, sales support, contracts & regional operations advisory. 80% of our employees are SAP S/4 HANA project experienced, trained or certified.

Madiba believes in project success achieved by teamwork, leadership direction, timely enablement, direction and motivation. Spread across multiple locations, Madiba Inc provides its consultants a variety of paths, opportunities and training to develop skills to aspire and become successful project managers. To support PMs and participate actively in our client’s project success Madiba provides them a framework with a structured set of processes to liaison with other peers and consulting leaders to deliver the projects. Project Manager usually is the overall accountable consultant associated with the project for its on-time, within budget, scope and high quality of standards implementation. 

PM is always a consultant who have had several (at least 10) years of consulting (technical or functional) experience with medium to large(complexity) projects. In a most ideal scenario, a PM will be a certified functional or technical consultant and a recognized project management certified.
