We iterate in short cycles (1-4 weeks)

• At the beginning of each cycle, we figure out what are the most important things to do currently. Then we demonstrate what was done at the end of each cycle and make it available for use if found appropriate. We make use of visualization to create transparency.

• We defer requirements definition until just before you build them (JIT).
